Voyager 1 Probe
On September 5, 1977, NASA sent the Voyager 1 space probe to study the planets of Jupiter and Saturn. The probe weighs just over 1,500 lbs. and works on just enough power to run seven light bulbs. The probe's power should continue to work until the year 2025, so NASA should receive data from the probe until then.
Voyager 1 reached Jupiter in the year 1979 and began to send video and photos back to Earth. In the year 1980, the probe reached Saturn and explored that planet also. NASA was shocked to find that the probe was still in great shape after completing its main missions. NASA decided to send Voyager 1 out into the solar system to pass other planets as well.
In the year 1990, an amazing 23 years after its launch, Voyager 1 was in a spot to take the first picture of our whole solar system. As of February 2008, Voyager 1 has become the farthest man-made object in history. It has gone farther than 10 billion miles away from our Sun, and it is still working. It sends back data to NASA and shows them what lies beyond our solar system. It should do so for another fifteen years until it stops working.
One amazing item that Voyager 1 carries is the "Golden Record." It is a large golden record that tells all about humanity: our arts, music, and cultures. It also includes sounds from our planet, like the oceans and animals. The language of the disc is written with symbols and mathematics so it can be understood by alien life. NASA added this Golden Record because they knew that the probe would stop working in 2025, but it would continue to travel out into the galaxy. NASA hopes it will serve as a map to direct any alien life towards Earth in the future.

who voyager 1 what got sent into space why to travel space and take pictures of the solar system and planets. the main idea is that vayager1 gets send into space to travel the solar system and take pictures of planets and they get send to nasa.
On September 5, 1977 NASA launched the Voyager 1 space probe to study the planets of Jupiter and Saturn. The Voyager 1 was used to send pictures and images back to earth of the two planets also of our Solar system. Since it's power will only last up until 2025 NASA included a Golden Record into the Voyager 1 to tell about our humanity and hopefully it leads Alien life back to earth.

Why:to study the planets Jupiter & Saturn
M.I:NASA sent a Voyager 1 space probe to study the planets of Jupiter & Saturn.
Who: Voyager 1
What:Has become the farthest man-made object in history.
Why: It has gone farther than 10 billion miles away from the sunand is STILL working. Also doing other things.
Main Idea: The Voyager 1 is one of the most successful man-made thing yet.
Summary: The Voyager 1 is the best man-made object there is. It has already traveled farther than 10 billion mile from oiur sun. It has took pictures of our solar system and send them to NASA. The Vogayer 1 is said to still work until 2025 when it was sent out in 1977.
who:nasa
what:voyger1
why:the study of jupiter and saturn
main idea:is that the voyfer was the farthest man made object in history.
on september 5,1977 nasa sent voyger1 space to study the plants jupiter and saturn the voyger 1 was the farthest man made object in history it got a golden record.
NASA's voyager 1 probe was sent out in 1977 to explore the planets Jupiter and Saturn by taking photos mainly. It is made to last up to last until the year 2025. It took the first real picture of our whole solar system. Surprised at how long and well it lasted, NASA sent the voyager to other planets. It is made with a "Golden Record" so that it can communicate with alien life and direct them to Earth. Even after the probe stops working, it will still travel the galaxy, so the "Golden Record" will be very handy in case alien life finds it/ is discovered, NASA probably thinks.
This was about voyager 1 it was used to study the planets and alien life.It. sent information back to earth so we could learn about life outside of earth. Its also used now to record the way we live on earth so aliens can learn about us.Nasal hopes this will help the alien find their way to earth
who:nasa what:nasa sent the voyager 1 space probe to study the plants of juplito and saturn why:nasa decide to send voyager 1 out in the solar sytem to pass other plants as well
mainidea:nasa need to recive data from the probe until then
this article is mainly about NASA. It is about NASA sent the voyager 1 to study jupiter and saturn.the reason they did it is to see the serects of jupiter and saturn, and they did. they got a hole picture of jupiter.they estimate that the probe will stop working in 2025.
who:the who is the probe.
what:the what is how they made the probe to goin tho space in 1977.
why:the reason why is because they wanted to see space life on jupiter and sturn.
main idea:the main idea of this passage is to inform you about the probe.
the article is most about NASA and the Voyager 1. and who it did all does amazing stuff. I think this because it was the first to see Jupiter when nothing could. the main idea is that this Voyager 1 did the most amazing thing in the years of 1979.
WELL NASA SENT A VOYAGER TO SPACE TO SEE IF LIFE IS AND SPACE AND THEY SENT IT RO JUPITOR AND SATURN THEY SAY THE PROBE WIEGHTS AT LEAST 1,500ILB. AND THEY SAY IT WORKS ENOUGH TO STAY UP THERE UNTIL 2025 AND THAT'S ALONG TIME SO IF IT STAY UP THERE FOR THAT LONG I WOULD BE W=VERY OLD BUT I LEARD SOMETHING TODAY.

this article is mostly about a voager that tells about humanity. and that it worked for about a billion years and should do so 4 fifteen years until it stop working.and one thing that stuck out to me is how the power should continue 2025 which make me think would the world be up that long or i have a feeling that it would maybe stop working before 2025.
